Saurabh Gupta is a Delhi-based contemporary artist known for his vibrant fusion of realistic forms and vivid, spontaneous color palettes. Born in Saidabad, Ghazipur (Uttar Pradesh), Saurabh’s artistic journey began at the age of 12, driven by a deep fascination with surrealism and classical masterpieces. A mostly self-taught prodigy and multi-award winner at the district and state levels, he is currently pursuing his Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) at Jamia Millia Islamia, Delhi.
Specializing in oil and acrylic on canvas, Saurabh’s work bridges the gap between the conscious and subconscious. His signature style—Spontaneous Realism—uses striking, unnatural colors to explore human interaction with the natural world, coastal atmospheric shifts, and delicate flora and fauna. Through his fine brushwork, he creates poignant visual dialogues on nature's resilience and the environmental impact of modern humanity.
